Budget Billing
Budget Billing is computed once a year in the month of May. The entire year of usage is averaged out to come up with an even monthly payment figure. The consumer will pay the same amount every month of the year from June until May of the following year when the average is refigured. Paying the same amount year round helps consumers to budget monthly bills.
